Likewise, myself, partner and eldest play and the youngest has just started playing again after a couple of years break with console gaming.

It does work out very well for us, we have a common interest we are all enthusiastic to talk about and like the post above, "I'll just get some place safe" is a legit reason to be a little late for dinner.

My son says he loves having gaming parents :)
