Do blizzard tell how they determine who will an item in LFR and who doesn't ? Every player roll and all players with a roll of 'x' or higher win a item ? So it's possible that 25 players win an item and also possible that nobody win an item ? Or do they take the 'x' higher roll and those players win an item ?

I haven't seen a definite answer come out yet.
