The voice acting in dragon soul was just plain awful. There was no emotion, no sense of urgency, particularly in the first encounter while you're clearing trash. It was so forced, dry, bland.. come on, it's not like voice acting is as difficult as building a new character model. That's the easiest content to produce and they just... dropped the ball.
