In the beta I noticed notes from the devs(?) that are always marked with "PH:"
I tried to figure it out but couldn't. What does it mean? You can see them in the dungeon journal describing some bosses (and even making fun of one that I saw, lol)

PH means "placeholder". On that topic, NYI means "not yet implemented".

You'll also see "NNF" which means "Name Not Final."
