The vendor in Pandaria beta that sells the i372 green gear offers no leather tanking gear. They do offer plate tanking gear. Any jewelry they sell with tanking stats also has Strength. This leads me to believe that Brewmasters will follow the current Druid gearing design. (Reforge your haste and crit to Dodge).
