I totally agree. I've been levelling my hunter (finally) and I've tried to do at least enough randoms to get the rewards for the week. It sucks to get a 30 minute queue and then get chucked back in the queue because someone didn't notice the queue pop. I then have to wait another 20 minutes despite, apparently, being at the front of the queue.

My record so far is being kicked back to the queue four times in a row, and when I did finally get into the dungeon the tank left mid 1st pull and we had to wait another 10 minutes to get a replacement.
