Spoilers do not bother me.
Anything I really don't want to be spoilered about, I just don't read about it. Or watch in the case of videos. This applies to books, movies, games whatever.
If I do get accidentally spoiled...guess what? I still enjoy the story. It does not ruin it for me.
Right now I am avoiding videos of how the Alliance gets to Pandaria and also all videos of Alliance questing because I want that to be a surprise to me.
(I like to save them like a treat. It doesn't quite bring back that Christmas morning feeling I had as a kid, but the same sort of excitement is there for new things!)
I am having lots of fun seeing the videos showing the Horde side.
(Wowcrendor & Jesse Cox are the funniest video makers for beta playthroughs ever. XD )
When I finally get into the beta, I will probably only test the Horde quests as well as baby Panda Land.
I think anyone who bitterly complains about being spoiled after going to WowInsider or MMO-Champion or any other site who is covering the beta has no one but themselves to blame. Don't go somewhere that is specifically covering WoW and data mining the beta if you want to live in your "no information at all bubble" until Mists goes live.

I'm doing the same. I'm avoiding all Alliance stuff (since I want to play through that myself) and just looking at Horde stuff. When I get into the Beta, I will test Horde stuff, not Alliance stuff. I want MoP to be fresh for my main when it comes out. :)
