Correct me if I'm wrong, but have we seen a female Tauren raid boss yet, anywhere? I had hopes with Hagara, but she's an orc of some sort, I think.

I think it boils down to this: playable Trolls, the Darkspear, are just a tiny, "good" fraction of the Troll race. For other playable races, there aren't really that many evil large organizations or even nations.
Anyway, there's Deadmines and Scarlet Monastery for evil Humans, there's the Hellfire Bulwark dungeons and Blackrock Spire for evil/Fel Orcs, Gnomeregan for evil Gnomes, The Eye and Sunwell for evil/Fel Blood Elves, Blackrock Depths for evil Dwarves.
Tauren and (modern) Night Elves on the other hand don't tend to be corrupted/go evil in large numbers, it's just the lore. (Grimtotem never really had the numbers to provide a dungeon, though their temporary takeover of Thunder Bluff could've been a scenario, if it had happened in MoP)

From what I understand, Scarlet Halls is going to be a Forsaken-centric dungeon.

I agree that the idea of new Troll dungeons don't thrill me. It would be cool to see more than one of most of these types of dungeons.

One thing I would like to see in an encounter is Magatha Grimtotem. Where the heck is she, what has she been doing with that powerful artifact she left Thousand Needles with, and when do we get to fight her for it?

I get that there are already some dungeons centric yo other races, but there's Zul'farrak, Zul'gurub, Zul'aman, Gundrak, Drak'tharon Keep, re-released Zul'gurub and Zul'aman and now the Zandalari isle. And probably some I missed. There's so much in the world they could be fleshingout or exploring, and yet we get another troll experience that goes nowhere every expansion. Does one of the devs have a troll fetish and a mountain of blackmail material on everyone else or something?

A Forsaken or Tauren dungeon would be cool. I think I had my fill of Belf and Orc dungeons in the outlands. I love Gnomer (I'm one of the 5 people) so another Gnome one would be great. A night elf dungeon might not be bad, as long as it was nothing remotely like blackfathom deeps- the one dungeon I will never step foot in again ;)

I thought Hagara was an orc, too. Then I read the dungeon journal. She's Undead.
