@ Eraezay: Especially if they're a PETA member. But seriously, I was just pointing out that it is rarely appropriate to compliment a stranger on their appearance in that way.The OP's comment actually made me think of a Sexual Harassment video they made us watch in my office a few years ago. It was hilariously bad and outdated, but involved a guy walking up to women complimenting them in creepy ways, and then you would hear the woman's internal monologue regarding how creepy the guy was.
