@NadiaOk it is this kind of post that really makes me think people read into stuff WAAAAYYYY too much.I pretty much agree with what Jacatola said, in either case they are being objectified and in either case he's saying they are popular with the opposite sex. He's using very common phrases to say that too so I just can't see the problem here.It's also probably phrased that way because in most cases (talking about hetero relationships here) the man is the one who first approaches the woman. Say what you will about that being a sexist remark but all it takes it to hang out in a bar or similar establishment a few nights to prove that observation.
