The Queue: Flashback

Adam stole my Queue intro schtick yesterday, and now I am at a loss as to what to say here. How the heck did we start The Queue before '90s cartoon theme songs? You know, why don't we scroll back a couple of years and check? Let's see ... April 2010 ... Uh, wow.

Not at all. I think the new system will be less confusing for brand new players than any talent system World of Warcraft has had previously. The initial choice of role is a more obvious one. I imagine it would be harder to screw that up than what we had before. The talent choices themselves are also simpler -- but despite being simpler, they gives you greater control in how you play.
I think it's a very newbie-friendly system.

Almost certainly not. Not only do Arena seasons generally sync up with PvE raid tiers, I simply don't think there's enough time left in Cataclysm for an entire Arena season. I think we're in the last few months of the current expansion, so Blizzard will just wind down the current season and leave it at that until the first season of Mists of Pandaria.

What, in your opinion, is the most unused or underused area in the game. I really loved the areas near ulduar in Storm Peaks and Thunderfall in Storm Peaks. I liked the feeling of how tiny you were when you flew up to Oshu'gun in Nagrand.
Crystalsong Forest in Northrend. The entire region went unused because of how much of a resource hog Dalaran turned out to be. The underground zone of Azjol-Nerub ended up being scrapped, too. The entire middle portion of Northrend is blown potential.

any new word on what's up with people like me who have the Annual Pass and still aren't in the beta? My brother has the same issue. I got all excited when those 400,000 went out, but now...I don't feel quite the same when I check my account for an invite.
Everybody who bought the Annual Pass is supposed to have their beta invite. Are you sure you're checking your Battle.net account and not just waiting for an email from Blizzard? Those emails are usually on a significant delay, so check your game listing on Battle.net itself.
If it isn't on your account, I suppose that means it's time to take the matter up with Blizz.

More short hair options for ladies. Hair that would be reasonable for women that are melee fighters. Those of you who watch Game of Thrones, think Brienne of Tarth. We have a couple of those, but I think they're all from vanilla WoW. They can do better now. I'd like to see that.
