The Queue: Get back into WoW by watching Fraggle Rock
There's an interesting blog post I want to point everyone toward. Basically, the Fraggles wiped out the entire civilization of the Gorg, and the only three remaining members are living above them now. They call themselves the King and Queen of the Universe because they're not willing to face the reality that they're the last of their species.
Did your childhood get ruined, or just become more awesome?

I've been away from WoW for a while, and I'm thinking of getting back in, but I wouldn't even know where to start. I never really did much of Cataclysm.
I think a lot of people are picking up WoW again, given the Scrolls of IWantAFreeLevel80 and the hype surrounding Mists of Pandaria. And now is a good time to get back into WoW as well. You'll be able to get your character going enough and relearn everything so that when Mists does come around, you'll be all set for easy and fun advancement through the new levels.
The best place to start again would be to get a character to level 85 while doing all the quests along the way. Doing a dungeon or two in the level process is good, but if you can get through the quests, especially in Uldum and Twilight Highlands, you'll get some decent gear that'll let you have a leg up when you start running dungeons at 85. Don't forget to finish off Deepholm too, since you'll need the Therazane shoulder enchants. Be sure to get to the point of being able to grab the tabard at least, and then you can get the rest of your Therazane rep through running dungeons.
And when you hit 85, that's what there is to do. Hit a few normals to get your gear up to a 333 ilevel, and then run the dungeons as a DPSer. I don't recommend that new 85s heal or tank until they've got a 346 gear level. A lesser-geared healer or tank can wipe the group (or just have too much problems with pig-headed PuGs), but a lesser-geared DPSer can get by unnoticed most of the time. At worst, as a DPSer you'll get some QQ over your lower output, but that shouldn't really be a concern in the initial heroics.
After running heroics a bit and picking up a piece or two of valor and justice gear, hit the new Twilight Highland heroics. They're fast, easy, and fun to do. You'll also be getting item level 378 gear out of them, so your character will get more powerful fast. Once you've got an average item level of 372, you can start to run Dragon Soul in the Raid Finder, and that's a whole bunch of fun, especially the first couple times through.

Which new race would you like to see the most? I think Naga, Furbolgs, Satyrs, and Orgres are the most likely. And personally would love to play a Satyr rogue. So What do you think?
I really hope that we can all play ethereals at some point. There were (obviously) false rumors about their being a playable race in Mists, but that doesn't mean their being playable in the future wouldn't be awesome.
But off of your list, I think we're likely to see playable naga at some point. Their race plays a key role in Azeroth's history already, and it wouldn't be too huge of a plot turn to see a splinter group of naga break away and want to join the Horde and Alliance.
TangleyBones asked:
Do we have any word yet on which pets will be used for pet battles? Are the ones you buy with real money like Lil Ragnaros and Lil KT in? What about the ones that come from TCG?
Nope! Despite what people have said, we don't know yet. It's not out of the question for there to be restrictions on things like the squire pet being off limits, but we haven't heard officially.
