These are actually going to be in Mists of Pandaria -- each time you get a silver medal in the challenge mode version of an MoP heroic dungeon, you get a new piece of an item set that has no stats but can be transmogged. The sets are different for each class, and at least a few of them are really cool-looking. Complete the set and you get a new visual effect on the set too!

It quickly got into a fuss and a running harassment in vent. Like "When's your betty bye time" or "Did your balls drop yet?". It's quite annoying, I've managed to leave the guild. Yet, these individuals would just randomly whisper me on odd time. I've tried to report them, but the GM just asked me for their usernames. They haven't been banned yet.
There isn't a policy on "age discrimination", just a regular harassment policy, and even then I'm not even sure making fun of someone for being young is covered under that policy. If the harassment is ongoing, though, you should definitely keep reporting them.
It's worth noting that people are rarely banned for chat harassment; there's a penalty system in place that gives warnings before suspensions, and it takes either an incredibly severe violation or a large number of infractions to be banned outright.

You could feasibly level with your friend if Blizzard puts your servers in the same "pool", yes, but I'm not sure yet how that distribution will work. And cross-realm trading will work the same way it works anywhere else -- not at all.

Do you think Blizz would ever let us Mog different weapons into other weapons? For an example i am using the warrior t5 and i found and Awesome 2h mace that goes with it. But i am currently weilding Gurth because its my BIS item. I cant quite find a good item to go as a 2h sword with that set yet. It feels Kind of like they are restriscting our transmog by what is BIS and such.
Honestly, it's hard to say what Blizzard has planned for the future of transmog. Anything's possible, and the devs did say that they're interested in removing restrictions over time, but what restrictions they meant are anyone's guess.
