I'll admit that I didn't expect to like The Journal of Lumin the Hunter. At first, I thought the odd format would be all gimmick, no skill. And while you get used to a certain amount of that around YouTube, I don't usually field those movies here if I can help it.

I was happy to be proven wrong. After a minute or so of watching Lumin, I found myself slowly getting charmed by its story-in-a-story-in-a-beta framework. While I'm not sure Lumin will have a lot of replay value for me, I appreciate the effort the creator put into making it unique, fun, and still within the realm of execution. Nice job!
