It's going to take me an hour to make my new female pandaren, because they now have additional earring choices and even more hair embellishments -- five earring options and eight neon highlight options. The highlights change position according to your chosen hairstyle.

The hair and earring customizations are live in the MoP beta right now. Unfortunately, the button for the hair streaks has not been implemented yet, so currently you're given a random color when you create a character.
