Been listening to Kimbra pretty much nonstop for the past week or so. She's wonderful.
Christriste asked:
From your observations of Anduin in Mists. About how old does he seem? I keep hearing people say kid but I'm curious about his actual age.
A year has passed between the expansions, as far as we're aware. He was 15 in The Shattering, making him around 16 in MoP.
Evan2 asked:
do you think we'll go back to resistance potions at any point (for the raids and in world bosses)?
Resistances are ... well, they're totally gone in MoP, actually. So no, definitely no more resistance potion farming for bosses.
James13 asked:
So reading an earlier comment about learning spells automatically, does that mean you don't have to go to trainers anymore? I actually love the thought of going to a trainer and learning my next skill/spell. Thanks
You learn new spells automatically, and spells automatically scale with level as they do in Cataclysm. Class trainers will still retain some of their functionality, but the actual learning of spells is done out in the field. It's better this way, I promise!
Mo_Betta_Mark asked:
Do you think the new way that talent points are distributed (Like 1 every 15 levels) and the way spells are given, do you think it's going to throw off a few new players that would want to play the game? by this i mean i recently got someone into the game and what she loves the most is that every time she levels she gets more powerful either with a talent point or with a new spell but when mist comes out it is not going to be like that. Thoughts?
Oh, you still get new stuff when you level! You just don't have to go to a trainer for it. Talents are spread out further than they used to be, but the rewards are big now instead of little. And you're still getting all of the other stuff you used to get as talents in the form of specialization abilities, which you get automatically as you level. I don't think anyone is going to be put off by that.
Chris16 asked:
In MoP, Blizzard has been talking a lot about bringing real-world PvP back. Has there been any talk of how this will work on PvE servers? Will there be any incentive to participate? If not, it seems like this new feature won't be very useful unlike Wintergrasp/TB.
Basically, Blizzard devs have said that they expect people who want to do world PvP to already be on a PvP server. There isn't any forced PvP in MoP if you play on a PvE server. You can still do the instanced stuff if you want to PvP, but you won't just get slaughtered out in the field trying to quest or whatever.
