The Queue: Remember the '90s?
Well, do you?!
JeffLaBowski asked:
I just leveled a blood elf and this time, I quested in Ghostlands until level 20. I finished the quest line that sends you to Undercity, Orgirmmar and back to SIlvermoon city, where I was rewarded for helping secure the blood elves as members of the horde. Is there a similar quest line for the Draenei?
Not really, no. You meet some Alliance sailors who've washed up on Azuremyst, and you endear yourself to them by, I dunno, menial labor, I think. Not as exciting. Then again, I'd probably take Azuremyst and Bloodmyst over Ghostlands any day of the week. Ghostlands is a zone that feels more in line with vanilla questing than Cataclysm or even the rest of BC questing.
Goarther asked:
Any idea why Goblins and Worgen cant be monks? If Blizzard didnt want people to roll newer race as the new class, why not just keep it a Pandaclusive?
Blizzard hasn't really said anything about it, but my guess is that it's because they feel like goblins and worgen already got their shiny-new-polygons time in the sun -- and monks will inject some life into the sad old models for the other races. And pandaren, of course.
Greg5 asked:
Are there any proposed updates on the transmog system that would allow someone to transmog a one handed weapon to look like a main hand. I recently acquired a Blade of Wizardry and want my Souldrinker to have its awesome look.
None so far on the beta. Blizzard hasn't said anything about it lately, either.
MarathalJenkins asked:
In Mists will we be seeing any new Steamweedle quests.
I am working on insane, and because I didn't know any better back then I am doing it backwards, so doubly insane. Its a long term project. I have Booty bay done, and less than 2 thousand on the other 3, then off to The bloodsail buckaneers and the joys of bribing my wifes rouge.
No sign of this either. Sorry! Gotta grind that rep the old-fashioned way, pal.
tomfromhr asked:
What piece of merchandise has yet to be made, but that you'd like to see? Paladin Tier 2 replica armor? A Pandaren hoodie? Large hearthstone paperweight? Actual mage cakes? Remote controlled toy flying Deathwing?
When I worked at Blizzard, I had a resin Meeting Stone on my desk I bought off of Etsy. The swirly thing glowed in the dark. I liked it because it was understated but evocative. I think we need more merch like that.
