The Queue: Favorite quest, battlegrounds, and the Undead

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky (@adamholisky) will be your host today.
Queuers, I'm having a crabby. There's another polar vortex hanging over Minneapolis, and the city's traffic is a mess due to the All Star game.
Post your happy to make me happy.
Zilla asked:
What's your favorite quest or quest chain, and why?
My favorite is the entire opening experience of Ice Crown Citadel, right up through going back to Shattrath and talking with A'dal. I think it just has everything WoW is all about -- a good story, good combat, good environmental interaction, and a bunch of good traveling to other parts of the game. I really enjoy it, and I make a point of doing it on every character.
Hell, now I really want to go replay it again. I don't think I have a character that hasn't done it though... Hmm... must figure this out.
Tommy asked:
after 9 years why do people still fight in roads in bgs?
First you need to realize that it's not really 9-years for a lot of people. Most people haven't played the game that long, and even then their PvP time might be limited.
Secondly, I think you hit on a larger issue. The PvP knowledge overall in the game is lacking. I think this could be easily fixed by Blizzard providing some in-game tips before entering a match. They do this for PvE with boss fights, and I think it'd be perfect to do with PvP.
And finally, remember that some friendly communication can fix this. It's not uncommon for me to say in a BG or something where I'm playing with people that need some help, "Hey, we can win this if we do xyz." Not being demanding, just offering helpful specific tips can go a long ways.
Ben asked:
on the beta/warlords, will undercity get back undead guards?
Not yet, no. Will it? Maybe! Sylvanas is trustworthy, right? She'd never do anything wrong. EVER.
