After much downtime, North American realms are now coming up, albeit slowly. If there are further problems throughout the day, we'll have updates here.

Expect another round or two of hotfixes today, as well as some additional queues when logging in. While yesterday's server issues were large, we're betting things quite down on that front this evening.
