The Queue: Outland, demonic, transmog, and Ashran

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky (@adamholisky) will be your host today.
Bugboy asked:
Q4tQ: so in regard to Outland, has Bliz ever said what kind of future it's looking at, in terms of continuing to be able to remain whole, sort of, and sustain life? Or is it eventually looking at crumbling away slowly over time, requiring an eventual relocation of remaining life there?
Alternatively...could it somehow be made whole, or at least stabilized, in some fashion?
We heard for a while that they wanted to redo Outland, but my understanding is that's off the table with the release of Draenor. But what does that mean for the actual environment? It probably means we're not going to see any real movement or change in the geography and physical features, in lore or in-game.
Further, my understanding is that the crumbling is basically done -- it got blown apart, and that's that. No more movement.
Tin Soldier asked:
Question: Does anyone in Draenor ever address the whole "Hey, you're a warlock and demons are bad" thing? I find it a little odd that I haven't seen one iota of mention from the demon hating dranei and fel-distrusting orcs. Here's a dead guy who consorts with demons! Totally not the same as gul'dan!
As others noted in the comments, it's really one of those gameplay trumping lore things. It would make a lot of sense to have there be some anti-demonic tendencies, and I wouldn't be surprised to see some at some point in this expansion, but it's never going to be a thing where NPCs turn against you or it becomes a major sticking point.
Phax asked:
Q4tQ: Are there any plans to do anything else with iron horde scraps? I'm completely uninterested in the present available transmog sets. Any plans to add other sets? Or use scraps to make follower gear would be another nice option. 500 scraps and growing.
None that I've heard. That doesn't mean Blizzard won't introduce other sets and what not into the game at a later date, but yeah... what's there is there, and there's been no plans made public to do anymore.
Now... with that said, we do know that expanding the garrison is a future possibility. So maybe there's some hope? But I wouldn't hold your breath.
Jimmy asked:
Q4tQ: are you enjoying Ashran? I usually like the big open PvP zones like WG and BH, but man does Ashran fell horrible, between the tremendous lag and imbalanced factions, I really cant stand the zone.
I was in Ashran for all of an hour the fourth day of release when I was level 100. After that I've never been able to get in. Ever. At all. I've just sat in a queue waiting for hours and never having anything pop.
Do I sound a little cranky? I hope I'm not raging out too much, but yes, I am crabby about it. I want to enjoy Ashran, or at least find out if I do or not, and I can't. More so, given that it was sold as one of the key parts of WoD's end game, I'm really dismayed it's this difficult to get in.
