- bubble packaging
This type of packaging has been very popular with action figures lately. They're great for storage, but a real pain to open.
- Top view
The paint job isn't as good up close as it is from afar.
- Shoulder detail
The sculpting is pretty nice, as you can see the detail underneath the shoulderpads.
- Torso detail
The biggest flaw in the paint job is the hair, where it's just yellow slathered over the red plastic. It's great when viewed at a distance, but looks sloppy when viewed up close.
- full figure
The DC Direct series isn't very poseable, despite having several points of articulation. They're more of mini-statues for display.
- leg detail
There are also random 'wound' marks on Valeera's body, as can be seen on her thigh. Paint job is good on some parts.
- Upper torso detail
The face sculpt is a bit longish, more like a Night Elf than a Blood Elf.
- back detail
Valeera's cape is nicely done, and extends all the way through underneath her legs, making the pose more dynamic and adds support for standing.
- body detail
I like the gritty look of the figure, specially with the tattered cape and holes on the leggings.
- sword detail
I was somewhat disappointed that the sword wasn't based on an existing WoW item (that I know of).

The figure comes with two clear discs to prop it up for display.
