- Step 1
Gather your supplies.
- Step 2
Using your wood saw, cut the balsa wood at 45 degree angles so that each end matches up and forms a square around the frame.
- Step 3
Spray paint the balsa wood silver. There is also a really neat mirror-like spray paint you can use as well.
- Step 4
Spray paint your frame black. Make sure you remove the glass and backing before you spray paint! And as always, follow safety instructions on the spray paint can.
- Step 5
While your frame is drying, print out the BlizzCon logo on photo paper. Place overlaminate over the logo carefully so you don't get any bubbles between the protective sheet and the print. Cut the logo to size. You can also reuse your BlizzCon mount/beta code card instead of printing the logo.
- Step 6
When your frame is done drying, use some Mod Podge to glue the borders on.
- Step 7
Cover the base of your frame with mod podge. Sprinkle the glitter flakes over the glue. Make sure you leave a spot open for the logo. If you want a simple frame, you can skip this step.
- Step 8
Glue the BlizzCon logo onto the frame.
- Step 9
Add your photo. Congrats! You now have a personalized photo frame to remember BlizzCon 2008. For more great crafts, visit World of WarCrafts.
