Jun 9th 2007 11:04AM we named ours for recruiting purposes, we called it something awesome. WE'd ask peopele, want to join something awesome? they'd always say sure what is it? we'd say a guild....and so on...Najzatar-A, it worked pretty well to we have over 140 toons now. Oh, our ranks...you dont want to know lol.
Jun 6th 2007 11:01AM Thanks for posting Something Awesome to you wowinsider!
Giving horde the "runs" on Nazjatar server!
anyone interested in joining speak to conqor.
Jun 5th 2007 12:45PM I started my guild on nazjatar at level 56 or so in february and my secret was wispering people that didn't have a guild name. I didnt use a macro, I didnt spam channels, Id just talk to people. I get alot of no thanks but I also got alot of that sounds fun. I got alot of players who didn't know what BRD was or how to join in BG's but they learned together. Its really cool and I like the people we got. Its alot of time though. As for the website I just used myspace and the blogs. I think websites are overrated. I guess if you are using wow like your job then you would need one for those raiding guilds. Also when the guild go bigger id take 2 or 3 on runs and pick up someone and you wouldn't believe how many I got to join from that...you just have to talk and have fun in party chat..cause when it comes down to it, thats why were all here. guild name is Something Awesome (shameless plug) check us out.
May 31st 2007 12:32PM 1) no more freakin lvls!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you want to roll another chart. who wants to get to 90? not me ot anyone.
2) idea about a third faction would be sweet. think of the new bg's? so many cool things you can do with that, but it maybe harder to find a group for vc :)
3) Guild bank should be.
4) and of course a dancing talent tree...you should be able to get dancing talent points every level. have a human follow up the running man with a little robot action!!!
5) mini games like toy robot wars and stuff, all that is fun stuff.
May 30th 2007 1:08PM Id like to thank them also for a little spam here and there to me isn't even a problem, and the downtime for something so massive is very little. But i wanted to say something off topic, why is it when people give thanks they use /clap and all that. Its not funny or clever anymore and to me it sound even more childish then calling something "gay". If you want to thank the network security team say thank you for keeping my account safe. all this lr2ply noob stuff and the lingo to me is really lame. I think it helps the outside world less understand why people like to play online games. I can understand using /clap in the game, it servers a purpose. I understand using things in game like wtb and such cause it saves time. I read this site alot, and i just have to skip over the nonsense of /bow and a whole post that says /this /that bla bla bla insert crapy game acronym.....maybe someone out there agrees..maybe people just like to say lewt and ghey and QQ crap.
