Ask a Beta Tester: Attunements, achievements, more low level quests {WoW}

Sep 18th 2008 6:38PM I was looking on the Wrath wiki, and I noticed that their tooltip for Rogues' mutilate doesn't mention requiring daggers. Is this just a mistake of some sort or did I miss a change?

Breakfast Topic: Rogue Day! {WoW}

Jun 28th 2007 8:37AM As others have already mentioned, my favorite part of being a rogue is being able to take down the last percentages of a boss's health. The last boss of a Shattered Halls run came down to me and a mage, but the mage had to iceblock because of the adds, so I pop evasion and SS spam my way to the boss's death. I just love being a rogue.

New database site: WoWDigger {WoW}

Jun 25th 2007 8:01PM I'm actually not having any problems with WoWDigger, its not running slow, and so far I haven't found any bad links, and everything seems updated for BC. I don't really see much of a point for using it over Wowhead though, because Wowhead is already a much more established site, in terms of userbase, and comments and such.

Guildwatch: Roses are red, violets are blue, I /gquit, and f#($ you {WoW}

Jun 19th 2007 11:02PM I've actually had the Athenas Avatars situation happen to me as well. For some reason a member of our guild had officer status for whatever guild he joined, without actually being an officer. After a few jokes that he took a little too seriously he started randomly /gkicking people. It was definitely not fun trying to figure who was kicked and getting them reinvited.

The Creamy GUI Center: Macro Mania {WoW}

Jun 16th 2007 1:34AM Another helpful macro for rogues that you didn't mention is a picpocket macro. Something like this for example:
/cast Pickpocket
/stopcasting
/cast Cheapshot

You can use whatever opener you like for the last part, but be sure to replace it every time you get a new rank of whatever opener you're using. The really nice thing about this macro is that if you use it on every mob you kill, you can get junkboxes really easily, which can allow to not have to farm those chests in whatever areas. You also get a little extra coin, and maybe a world drop or two.
