Feb 6th 2012 6:52PM Will the darkmoon dungeon artifacts drop for a level 85 clearing old instances? Wowhead lists Mysterious Grimoire as dropping in Scholomance, but there seems to be conflicting information as to whether that will only drop for level appropriate toons or whether anyone can get it from Scholomance.
Jun 5th 2009 3:50PM The level of difference will often come from someone else's Recount not including pet data. When I'm on my boomkin my recount always gives me credit for my treants' damage but often others' Recounts will not.
Oct 16th 2008 3:54PM When you post bitter, agenda driven articles like this you always come out looking worse than the people you attempt to defame. This isn't news and doesn't belong on this site.
Oct 14th 2008 8:18PM And my mounts and 38/41 pets are gone. Yay for horrible patch practices by Blizzard. (Yes I know about the mount and pet panel. They were there and got deleted when the server crashed.)

Oct 2nd 2007 8:14PM Like a few others I take issue with the "if you're a Shaman, you have no excuses for not taking five points in Ancestral Mana" statement. I would argue that Ancestral Knowledge is a waste of 5 points. With your current gear those 5 points get you 400 mana. Moving 3 points to Totemic Focus will save you about 160 mana per totem wave (if we're just thinking about mana efficiency) with 2 points left to move around. Tidal Mastery, Purification, and Imp Chain Heal are all better talents than Ancestral Knowledge.
Too many people look at the shaman class, realize we have mana issues and then assume that any talent increasing mana must be worthwhile. However anyone who actually does the math realizes that this is a sub par talent at best.
Jun 22nd 2007 3:14PM I'm sorry, but leaving out shield slam kind of invalidates this as a reasonable guide to follow. Shield slam will constitute a huge portion of your agro generation and should be used at almost every opportunity. Sure, it's high up in the defensive tree, but it's a core staple of a very effective warrior tank.
