Guild Summit for Star Wars: The Old Republic fielding a plethora of revelations {Massively}

Mar 6th 2012 7:42PM @Distaste - Seriously, when you put up a post, you need to back it up with real data instead of giving us the numbers that the invisible gnomes gave you. Please make sure to take your medication so that they will go away so you can sleep at night.

The Daily Grind: What's your most embarrassing mistell? {Massively}

Jan 8th 2012 1:45PM I saw the picture to this article and was like really massively, you're going to go there?
I don't mind if you solicited for comments from people but you also at the same time could have found a better mt to use as the picture.

The Soapbox: Adding story to SWTOR {Massively}

Dec 27th 2011 2:18PM Good read Jef, however let me raise you a let's stop the speculation card and let Bioware do what they need to do to make this a great game. These posts would be awesome if they had a valid complaint. What you posted was more of a theorizing hypotheticals category post. Just saying...

The Daily Grind: Is a tiered launch the way to go? {Massively}

Dec 23rd 2011 8:09AM I believe it worked quite well.

Trion Worlds customer database hacked, 'no evidence' credit card info stolen {Massively}

Dec 23rd 2011 8:08AM @aurickle - Actually I've worked in a couple of companies that did reviews of security processes and procedures quite often and this is dealing with Credit Card information and other private information, SSN, etc...
My point is that any company that sees another company get hit, make sure you are prepared.

Trion Worlds customer database hacked, 'no evidence' credit card info stolen {Massively}

Dec 22nd 2011 11:15PM No excuse. There is no damn excuse for this crap. Anyone who is in the business of handling our CC information let alone other sensitive information needs to get their crap together. You see a company get hit? DO A F****** REVIEW OF YOUR POLICIES!!!!

Star Wars: The Old Republic's hype train barrels onward {Massively}

Dec 20th 2011 9:09PM @Lucidus - 6 months game is still going to be going strong. I doubt that anything else is going to come along to hold it down. WoW is dying already as the real Blizzard developers have moved on to other projects and left it to the interns.
So anyone playing WoW would be silly to not join us in SWTOR.
Btw, you're welcomed to join us in SWTOR. You won't even have to wear a paper brown bag to hide the fact you play the game. We accept everyone......

Star Wars: The Old Republic goes dark in preparation for launch {Massively}

Wait, I'm not longer trapped by the screen!!!

Must kill Republic......

BioWare announces SWTOR grace period, scheduled maintenance windows {Massively}

Dec 15th 2011 7:49PM @Xei - The grace period is for people with Early Game Access so they can continue to play while they wait for their copies of the game to arrive. If you are ordering tomorrow you'll probably fall outside that window. If you can you may want to do the Digital Download instead of a boxed copy if you can.
That's all through Origin btw.

BioWare announces SWTOR grace period, scheduled maintenance windows {Massively}

Dec 15th 2011 7:47PM @MMOaddict - Think about it. If they had say a 7 Day Grace Period people would get an extra week of Game Play. The smart plan would be to get the retailers to ship early so that the keys would be in the hands of the people. Due to some unforeseen issue with the retailers not budging at first they ended up having to do a 2 day Grace Period which is great.
I don't think Grace Periods should become a standard because it leads to people just being lazy. They should only be given in cases where a retailer fouls up a launch.
