Aug 7th 2008 9:08AM Never did SFK or RFD or RFK...just never really leveled a Horde toon prior to TBC. When I did level a horde toon, I just powerleveled to 70 and didn't want to take the time to find a group.
As for the stuns from Smite, I once was getting a run from a 60 something pally, he went through the entire beginning of the instance aggroing everthing all the way to Smite. Once at Smite, he got stunned. While stunned the mobs killed him. Afterwards, he said he forgot about the Smite stun. So, just a word of advice, you might not want to have a 100+ mobs beating on you when you get stunned.
Jul 31st 2008 4:00PM Can I get some help?
My doctor told me not to lift anything heavy and I have to go to the bathroom.
Oops...that's not WoW related.
Jul 31st 2008 10:30AM Motorcycles and "High Fantasy"....
I can think of a few that involve Jessica Alba and....oh....wait... that is way off topic.
Jul 31st 2008 8:49AM Thanks for the topic title..."Get your motor runnin':
Now, I can't get "Born to be Wild" out of my head.
Engineering will definitely be cool again...oh wait...it never was. I'm still not sure if motorcycles will be enough to get Engineering off the dungheap or not.
Jul 31st 2008 8:37AM I don't play a hunter (mine was shelved at 60), but if I did I would want more pets.
As an outsider looking in, I really don't see the problem with it...who cares? Give them more pets already. Then, they can go back to crying over their lower representation in Arenas and not being able to stand in one spot press buttons and auto kill things.
Jul 29th 2008 3:42PM Back on topic-
I agree that one of the draws of WoW is the tangible rewards you get for time spent. As the author says, it really is a Time Spent=Reward game. Sure, once you hit the level cap and start prusuing end game goals, that formula is quite as true. There will always be a payoff for doing things in game. As for grinding, the only thing that will keep you doing the same thing over and over is the goal of getting a reward for doing it.
Jul 29th 2008 9:46AM Nothing like having your leg humped by a Ghost Wolf.
Jul 29th 2008 8:51AM Hmmm...Guess you have been living in a cave or something, because everyone who hasn't knows how OP Druids are. Just take a quick look at the forums for further evidence for people who agree. And yes, you do need to switch forms but you do so to get out of snares. I would trade some mana for that opportunity anytime. Wouldn't it be nice to switch form run away throw on a couple of HOTS and be back to full ready to heal away again. If you think you are underpowered, then maybe it is you who doesn't know how to play your class.
Jul 28th 2008 3:30PM Wow...some "high-up" at Blizzard has to play a Druid.
Can they make Resto Druids any more OP?
Jul 28th 2008 9:51AM 1. Why am I forced to Arena to be competitive in World PVP?
2. Why do you keep buffing classes like Hunters and Rogues and screwing classes like Priests and Mages?
3. When are you gonna do something about broken mechanics in-game?
