Oct 19th 2008 8:10AM No, the first thing I did five minutes after logging in was disable guild and proximity announce. Done and done.
Jun 18th 2008 2:54PM Pokemon!
It's you and me
I know it's my destiny
Ooh, you're my best friend
In a world we must defend
Our hearts so true
Our courage will pull us through
You teach me and I'll teach you
Gotta catch 'em all!
Nov 10th 2007 2:34AM Honestly, this is just bullshit. I mean, how many people have you seen on these things? They've always been a "badge of effort" reward. Pointless, but still a rare reward.
Now? Yeah. You could do it inside of a weekend. I'll have gone from doing 5 quest runs a hour for 750 rep to getting 2500 rep in that same time frame.
Slap in the face to anyone who completed it.
Oct 28th 2007 5:47PM Well, there was always the good ole server transfer. Costly, but it was there. The only difference is you get to keep the same server now.
Oct 28th 2007 2:25PM Ah, that explains it. All those patch notes look the same time after time.
Oct 28th 2007 1:33PM My thoughts on Focused Will.
WTF? Okay, on first glance it'd be a great talent for a PvP Disc Priest that is healing, but isn't the point of stacking Resilience a preventative measure against being critically struck or at least reducing the chance of it happening? Any decent Arena priest is going to be maxed on Resilience.
In such cases, it seems a waste of 3 talent points.
Oct 3rd 2007 5:05AM I'm sorry but isn't this what the PTR was for? to test out this **** before it went live? why are there issues?
PTR's need to turn into selective/invite only areas to reward those that actually *gasp* test content, not mess around with gear they'll most likely never get.
Sep 30th 2007 4:56PM Really nice entry-level healing cloak. It should be easy enough to acquire and it has a heavy amount of stamina on it, nice enough to balance out the lack of it on the Primal Mooncloth set (if you chose to go that route).
Sep 11th 2007 2:33AM I wouldn't mind seeing a "specialist" pvp bracket added, where the whole point would be to evenly match twink vs twink and remove them from the casual X-Y bracket. Much how like the arena gear matching works. Granted, it doesn't take a genious to spot a twink these days.
I mean, if I go into 10-19, chances are it's full of twinks. It's the whole reason casual players don't queue up for it, no one in their right mind would.
Separate the heavily geared, allowing them access to their own "specialized" WSG or whatever and then increase the rewards to provide incentive for the non-twinked people to actually run it (e.g. weapon/armor rewards).
I'd sure pvp more during the leveling process if I actually got something useful out of it, like leveling gear/exp.
The traditional BG system and the way it functions is archaic and needs revamping. Badly. It's not v1.0 anymore.
Aug 30th 2007 8:57AM Indeed, Male Draenei wearing stuff the T6 shoulders look absolutely *HUGE* in game.
Then again, WoW Forums, changes, crying, cesspool. It's to be expected.
