Patch 2.3: Let's play Gladiator Mix-n-match! {WoW}

Oct 1st 2007 3:11AM So once again, only Warlocks have 2 DPS sets and are able to stack 3/5 and 2/5 so that they have a +70 resilience boost? Well done Blizzard.

Reader UI of the Week: Taeo {WoW}

Jul 30th 2007 6:44PM Everything looks really sleek and great, does anybody know what font is used in this UI?

Welcome to Alterac Valley, you can go AFK now. {WoW}

Jul 17th 2007 10:42AM In my opinion, forfeit all honor gained at the end of each battleground for players that do not toggle their combat flag.

Sure, players could still go out and kill trash to get in combat but this would prevent full-scale botters.

Addon Spotlight: PitBull {WoW}

Jul 1st 2007 3:16PM Having tried the three 'top' UnitFrames addons (X-Perl, ag_UnitFrames and Pitbull), I can say that Pitbull comes up tops in terms of design and the overall feel of it.

However, it comes up short compared to X-Perl in the functionality department, where X-Perl manages to display a lot of information in a confined area (party pets and targets), Pitbull has loose frames that you can't seem to fit in as well as X-Perl can.

X-Perl has another advantage, that is, the ability to view the HPs of players out of your own party. This might be trivial, but sometimes, I just wanna know. =p

Overall, I'd give a thumbs up to Pitbull though, because of it's easier on the eye and it's more configurable on a whole. I just hope they start putting in templates for party windows, like being able to put each player's pets under them rather than having 2 loose frames.
