Countdown to Wrath Giveaway: Day 3 - BlizzCon Polar Bear Mount {WoW}

Nov 10th 2008 12:40PM that's one sweet mount :)

Will Wrath really be ready by November 13? {WoW}

Sep 25th 2008 8:10PM Am I reading some of these comments correctly? You are upset because a talent was moved, they said they don't think it's "sexy" enough for the position it's in and want to make some changes to it but won't do it until after the expansion is released? That's not a bug. It's an enhancement.

They say the animation for a spell will be updated after the release of WotLK. Not a bug. Wanting to upgrade the graphics on something but deciding it's hardly priority enough to delay a release is perfectly acceptable.

I can't believe how people are reacting. You'd think that there are entire classes not functional or something. I don't get it. Neither of these things is worth holding off a release for.

Whatever, people can freak out over nothing if they want to. I just don't have to understand it.

Forum post of the day: Vicarious' legend {WoW}

Aug 7th 2008 2:50AM From a practical standpoint, I find that decision to be quite stupid. I'm sorry. If you want your guild to be successful you never give loot to a class that can only get marginal use out of it when another class will get full use out of it. Giving the bow to a hunter was the only logical choice. If this had been a ring, or a cloak or something like that then absolutely and I'd support it 100% but that was not the case. A bow is a hunter's primary means of DPS. It would make future runs more successful by making sure your guild is well geared. It's the only intelligent choice. The rogue, if he truly was loyal and always thought about the guild first would never have taken this over the class that would have benefitted most from it. This decision was based on greed, plain and simple. This crap about the hunters being new to the guild was just an excuse.

Hunter legend Cheeky retires famous spreadsheet {WoW}

Aug 1st 2008 8:10PM That really is sad to hear but you know things like that will eventually happend. Good luck and good hunting!

I should note that RAWR has been recently updated with additional classes and now includes hunters (BM hunters first with the others to follow). I've used this tool ever since it was just for Druid bears and am now using it for cat form as well as my wife's mage. It's great at determining gear upgrades and optimizing your gear with gems, enchants, etc. I highly recommend it.

Scattered Shots: Beastmastery in Wrath of the Lich King {WoW}

Jul 25th 2008 5:59PM You must have 20 points in the prior pet talent tiers to get the talents on tier 5. Thus only BM Hunters will have access to those top pet talents if they get the 51-point talent. This has been confirmed.

WWI Predictions by WoW Insider {WoW}

Jun 26th 2008 3:31PM It's going to be something really dissappointing. Like a Battle.net update or just more info on WotLK. I seriously doubt with Starcraft 2 going on and a new WoW expansion in the works that they have yet a 3rd game they are working on. I really hope I'm proven wrong though.

Richard Bartle grudgingly plays World of Warcraft {WoW}

Jun 20th 2008 3:54PM I don't get it. He's made how many games? Did I read that correctly? One MUD? We've moved so far beyond that. I must be missing something here.

Best arena hunter in the world now banned? {WoW}

Mar 10th 2008 10:18AM Oh that's BS. If they were so busy protecting their money flow they wouldn't have forums because everyone would be banned. Everyone at some point has been critical of Blizzard. One person isn't going to make a difference. You people that see consipiricies in EVERYTHING amuse me. Did you guys ever consider that they can't discuss with anyone besides the person they banned exactly why they did it? There could be all sorts of repercussions if they did.

Just remember, keyloggers, swearing, etc. This is all speculation.

Epic jewelcrafting recipes go factional on the PTR, goggles and tier 6 gear also get changes. {WoW}

Feb 23rd 2008 7:07AM Only thing is these recipes being available from a faction vendor doesn't really help "casuals" as the mats required only drop in Black Temple. So unless they change that, it's still only for the high-end raiders. My guess is that the mats will start dropping in the new Sunwell raid now.
