Breakfast Topic: What's your proudest WoW moment? {WoW}

Jan 13th 2011 10:51AM Personal moment- Embracing Shadow as the only spec I want to play... Doing heals just isn't my thing. and pre-dual spec I was doing a stupid hybrid build because I was expected to heal because I'm a priest... finally at Level 50 ish I just said screw it- I don't heal. That was the best moment from a character perspective- had fun ever since.

Guild Moment- Tie:
Gameplay -Downing pre-nerf Archie in 17 attempts when most guilds took 40+, Luck, proper group, and TONS of research and a little Karma helped!

Guild Unity Moment - Every member in the guild (that was online) getting their head shaved at the barbershop for a screen shot (Taurens had horns cut) because my wife was diagnosed with cancer and had to go to Chemo. A lot of them even stayed like that until after her Chemo was over and her hair started coming back. The best part? She doesn't even play, only says stuff in the background while I play over vent.

Breakfast Topic: Have your guildies inspired you in real life? {WoW}

Nov 12th 2010 1:13PM My wife was diagnosed with a pretty aggressive strain of breast cancer, and while getting through the chemo and treatments I was not around as much to raid, so I let my guild know...
After a run one night, everyone who was on went to the barber shop and took a bald head (Taurens cut their horns off) in a show of support and we took a SS of the moment.

- My wife doesn't even play.

This was a moving moment to me- that my guildies took the time/effort to put that together to make her smile (she thought it was pretty awesome) some even rocked the bald head until her hair started growing again... Thank you Steady Hand of Rexxar. You guys rock.
