Jun 3rd 2011 11:18AM The concept of "hero class" itself seems rather archaic. It implies that class is a "super class" and is somehow better than all the others. But we all know the imbalances something like that would cause, so that's an inaccurate description.
Isn't it really just, "A class that starts at a higher level," right?
Jun 1st 2011 1:51PM Oh come on, you totally took that out of context!
Did you miss the exposition before that about how game-changing talents had to be at the lower branches of the talent trees?
Or even the "This would be totally broken" comment just five words before your quote?

The whole concept of any class action suit floors me. Sure, I may get a portion of what I paid for the game back.. but that "Texas Hammer" lawyer gets the remainder of what I don't get in lawyer fees. And that is multiplied by every individual that is part of the suit.
This is a true example of lawyers being the only winner here.
May 25th 2011 4:17PM Oh hell. Not Blood Strike... Heart Strike.
May 25th 2011 3:57PM I imagine this stems from tanky rings and neck pieces that have strength on them.
Seems to be a valid concern.
May 25th 2011 3:54PM Devs: can you create some kind of visual feedback that indicates which secondary targets my blood strike hits, similar to a warrior cleave?
May 16th 2011 1:50PM Oh, if only this blue response had been applied to an Archaeology question... /le sigh
May 6th 2011 3:37PM Regarding the second-to-last paragraph, I think there are some assumptions made here on two sides: first about how much people really hate microtransactions and second how much people want to be charitable. For most folks that hold to these hard lines, both of these ideals are rooted in firmly held beliefs that have strong temptations the other way (i.e., most folks that want the pets give in to microtransacations and most folks don't give to charity).
Since these two ideals are at opposite ends of this philosophical seesaw, it's easy to indulge them both by meeting in the middle yet still hold to both.
You know, since this is a special case and all.
