Jan 8th 2008 5:06PM Is nice to read all of the random thoughts I'm sure most healers run through on a weekly basis laid out in a sensible & non chaos inducing order.
So much truth & perception to boot, good works.
Nov 5th 2007 9:11AM Have always liked healbot for showing overheal and used it alot in Kara. That said, I find the data lags a little more in 25mans and in some cases it's not picked up atall. Anyone else found this an issue?
thanks for the nod though, I'm likely to give this a go as it is important info and less REM the better ;)
Oct 23rd 2007 10:21PM I have been with Pugs that have tired my patience; I have also had good times healing from the LFG channel.
Last Pug I joined was so easy and relaxed, I agreed to run the same instance again straight after. Everyone knew what to do, none were left feeling any doubts and we all just got on with our own roles whilst having a laugh and any random thing. The way the game is intended, I think (may be wrong).
Bliss for a night out of 25mans.
The bad ones are easier to remember due to the massive frustration that they bring with them (including a big dose of despair).
One thing I try to keep in mind is that Pug’s will rarely have the “well oiled” dynamic of your raiding team, and so I approach them from a “fun times” Point of view.
Jul 14th 2007 3:15AM As a note, if a healer uses more than 50% thier mana by the end of a trash mob encounter, then run is going to be pretty fraught for them. Usually 50% would be expensive in my opinion.
Playing both Heal and Tank roles seperatley, I can say that there are certain circumstances where as a healer i would rather see fully nullified CC of a rogue over a dps warrior, Blood furnace heroic being one, but on the flip side i'd rather have a arms/fury warrior in Black morass over a rouge. Thats what tactics are about!
This kind of versatile thinking can only help improve a players tacticle approach to the whole experience.
