Oct 13th 2008 5:23PM "New Talent - Fingers of Frost: This is a good idea, but still poorly implemented. It gives your chill effects a 15% chance to apply the Fingers of Frost effect, which considers the target frozen for the next two spells. This is nice, but it is ostensibly designed to provide Shatter combo opportunities in PvE, only it doesn't do this. Wasting either of those charges on an Ice Lance is a bad idea, since you'd be losing DPS from simply spending both charges on Frostbolts. The talent is still valuable, but could be so much more. In PvP it is quite powerful."
This is slightly inaccurate. This spell DOES allow shatter combos and here is why:
This spell is a buff that consumed when the spell HITS the target. If you are standing outside of 20 yards from your target you can get off an initial frostbolt (consumes first stack), then a frostbolt/ice lance combo. Thats THREE +50% crit chance spells, packed into this talent. If you have played around with Frost on the training dummies on a level 80 premade, you will know for certain the value of this extra ice lance crit.
I am not sure if this is intended use, but for now it is an awesome part of this spell.

Jul 16th 2007 2:33AM You guys are insane if you think Ragnaros would win. The problem with this matchup is most of the people have fought Rag and haven't fought Razuvious.
One unbalancing strike =5% of Ragnaros' health. Disruptive shout would drain all his mana and take a huge chunk of his health.
Razuvious, easily. But Ragnaros will win because people don't understand Razuvious' abilities.
