Quality article. Thanks for taking the time to explain this in layman's terms. I read it and then re-read it.

I just have to second what others have said about Jame's guides. They are very well done and while I do enjoy taking my own time exploring on my main character, leveling an alt with these guides is almost like a different game in itself.
I have pretty short 2.5 hour blocks of time to play in, so being efficient has value.
Don't knock them until you try them.

The comic is just not very good I'm afraid. I was expecting something more along the lines of 'the Adventurers' indy comic from the mid to late 80's. The art wasn't fantastic on that but the story was much better imo.

Same here. Got in line about 5:30pm and I was standing clear around the backside of the store entrance. After another couple hours the line was completely wrapped around the building and stretched through the parking lot to the fence against the freeway.
Certainly more than 200 folks there.

Fjord...simply looks stunning. Vykrul, the terrain, the questlines all led me to Howling Fjord. I'm not dissappointed at all so far.
Not that I would be 100% focused on leveling anyway, but I find myself just stopping to gawk at the cool scenery...like this morning finding the area in northern HF that has the frozen waterfall and where the snowline meets the forest.
Very well done Blizz.

Just a heads up, I don't know that it promises anywhere that you will get both the mount and the beta code for ordering the package. I know for a fact that some cards were printed without beta codes so that could be what you get with this offer.

I completely agree. I've said to guildies that playing a Dk in the Beta has been one of the most fun experiences I've had playing WoW in months. They really are doing a great job on it and playing the class is unlike anything else currently in the game.
There will be alot of players that will want to start rolling on plate drops once WotLK comes out.

I am a fan of Starcraft, but that is something I could play in parallel to enjoying WoW or D3. The games satisfy different areas of my gamer brain.
However, if D3 was an option at the same time as the others...I would be playing it hands down.
Luckily we don't have to make this choice for some time.
