Jun 25th 2009 10:24PM While they are at it, can they fix some old quests and put class trainers in all major cities?

Maybe Ulduar drakes aren't going away in 3.2 after all {WoW}

Jun 18th 2009 7:27PM hmmm...I think instead of removing the item, they should just nerf it to regular flight mount speed so that anyone can continue to work for the achievement. It will keep people interested in doing the Ulduar achievements longer.

Upcoming mount changes {WoW}

Jun 10th 2009 10:09PM Why can't the make the normal flying mount to do 150% fly, and 100% land, and the epic flight to be 280% fly and 125% land speed?

May 13th 2009 6:07PM hmmm..favorite item? I am a fan of the Vargoth and keep his staff in my bag all the time just in case I'm in a situation where a little Vargoth goes a long way. Guaranteed to make you smile. :)

The Dos and Don'ts of getting a port {WoW}

Dec 23rd 2008 2:45PM This has always worked for me:

1. Go to a reagent vendor and purchase a portal stone.
2. Look for any mages in my area.
3. Send a polite tell explaining that I have a portal stone and would they please send me to the city of my choice. I'm just not one to spam trade chat for a portal.
4. Mage replies and a "happy to help you out".
5. We meet, I hand over portal and give a tip and say thanks.
6. They always say "Anytime".

So far, this has been 100% successful for me in the 3 years of playing this game on my numerous alts.

cheers!

15 Minutes of Fame: Proudmoore guild plays out GLBT pride {WoW}

Oct 21st 2008 4:44PM Excellent read and I got a couple lols from the responses. I'm straight and I don't care what orientation a person is. people are people. It's just nice to see a mature take on this subject in wow, where it's full of barren chat like behavior.

- Lives in CA and definitely voting no on prop 8.

Why Mount Hyjal and Black Temple attunements still matter {WoW}

Apr 8th 2008 11:47PM So let me get straight, you suggest people get attuned by sticking it out with 24 people in their guild, or if you can't do that, buy it from 24 strangers? Hmmm...It's kinda of sad and I think it sends out a crappy message about game play. I tried the guild thing that was horribly mismanaged by a lousy raid leaders and I doubt I'd be that fussed to buy my way.

I'm not sure I'm terribly interested in what you have to say anymore.

Speculating in the gem market {WoW}

Mar 6th 2008 5:18AM Why does it take 18 green gems to make a blue gem? I think that is too much, considering the difference between a cut green gem and blue gem can be inconsequential. For example, the bold blood garnet is +6 str and the bold living ruby is +8 str, only 2 more to strength. I think 18 or 20 greens could be used to make an epic gem where the stats can be a huge lift, ie bold crimson spinel = +10 str.

Why can't the colored gems be combined for a specific gem? ie. 5 garnets = 1 living ruby, 5 azure moonstone = 1 star of elune that way, one knows what he's getting instead of playing 'what's in the sack'?

This is in the right direction for JC gems, but I think Blizz needs to be more forward thinking to recycle gem's appropriately and not waste people's time and resources.
