By Sounding Siren, Is Bill Cowher Turning His Back on Pittsburgh? {Fanhouse NHL Blog}

May 27th 2009 12:20PM What he also failed to mention was that Bill has been asked to do this several times and it isnt the first time. I live here in the Wilmington NC area, and was at the game last night. To reflect what some other people said, I too was called a bitch for wearing a crosby jersey and accused of rooting for the pens only this recent two years. When I told the dude I lived in pittsburgh as a kid and was at our back to back cup games, and told him to get some skates and a stick and go play D for the canes because they can't, he didnt say another word.

But back to my point, being here Cowher signed my Super bowl championship hat at his house in the wilmington area. That wife you mentioned, was roomates(and life long friends) with a colleague of mine in real estate so regardless of him sounding the siren in a 3-0 series, I'm gonna let him slide because he let me see the first championship for the steelers in my 25 short years as a fan.

BlackBerry Storm 2 dropping SurePress screen? {Engadget Mobile}

May 15th 2009 6:32PM Because it doesnt work well at al and needed to be changed. if you fail at something make it again, and make it better until you stop failing. RIM failed, now they're trying not to fail.

BlackBerry BIS drama today? {Engadget Mobile}

Apr 13th 2009 7:40PM This statement holds no water, as this is a BIS issue not a BES issue. kthx.

WiFi-equipped BlackBerry Storm 2 coming to Verizon in September? {Engadget Mobile}

Apr 6th 2009 10:49PM The algorithym is best applied by working here for 4 years, and seeing the biggest releases of the year coming the last 2 weeks of november, every single year.

WiFi-equipped BlackBerry Storm 2 coming to Verizon in September? {Engadget Mobile}

Apr 6th 2009 9:14PM Also if common sense tells you anything about how verizon releases phones. This will probably come out at the end of novemeber when they do the huge holiday sale surge.

Sony Ericsson's US president steps down {Engadget Mobile}

Mar 23rd 2009 12:16PM "At any rate, Anders Runevad (pictured), Executive VP and Head of Global Sales & Marketing will be taking over until a successor is named, and that's assuming anyone is willing to walk into such a severely precarious situation.
"

Reading and comprehending is hard paw, shucks.

RIM's BlackBerry Storm -- how would you change it? {Engadget Mobile}

Feb 13th 2009 9:48PM I'd probably change the "How would you change it" From Engadget to engadget mobile since you know its a mobile device, but I've raised this arguement plenty of times. As I'm sure chris can attest to. I'm not sure about AT&T Sprint, Tmo, or whoever but VZW definately locks down all versions of engadget except mobile :P

Communications Workers of America authorizes strike of 20,000 AT&T workers, could happen soon {Engadget Mobile}

Feb 7th 2009 9:43PM No offense or anything, but just because there are 30-50 calls in the queue doesnt mean that you are going to take all of those calls, On average a customer service rep at vzw is requested to take 50+calls in a 8 hour span of time averaging like 8minutes a call. So even on the days when I was in care and we would have 30-40 calls waiting all day, you're still taking almost the same amount of calls, you may take like an extra 10-15 depending on length but every day is different, just because there are calls there doesnt mean you are having to handle all 50 of those customers on your own. It looks bad for the company of course, to have hold times that long, but in the long run all you can do is put out the best effort you can on each call and move on to the next. I stopped looking at the calls in queue and caring long ago. although in tech I only have to do like 30 calls heh.

also not being in a union there really isnt much else I can weigh in on the conversation.
