May 15th 2009 9:40AM Good article but I find the QQ's of the commenters rather amusing. Especially ppl who care only for hitting the top of the meters.
Here's the deal:
1) We're hybrids so we should NEVER come out above the equivalent geared pure dps classes on the meters. Therefore as long as the raid has any one of these in it you should NOT be at the top.
2) Cat druids have a much more complicated rotation. Therefore a GOOD cat usually knows the class intimately and adapts to nerfs. Warriors are so gear dependant and have such an easy rotation that the slightest nerf often just sorts the good players from the bad more easily. I get the impression there's an awful lot of the latter putting comments against this article.
3) This one has been said so many times before but play the class because you enjoy it! If you want to be at the top of the meters roll a pure dps class. Then after you get bored, come back and accept what the warrior is best at....

You're english is more than adequate my friend and your post is absolutely spot on! :-)
Mar 5th 2009 6:39AM Opinions are respected and entitled but mine can only garner that dps meters will be the death of this game given the responses to this article.
Just play your class, ENJOY it and stop comparing it to every other.
Jan 22nd 2009 10:37AM Agreed with the following addition:
Noob: "Someone who isn't willing to listen or learn from others"

So why post anything at all? Now beyond that, I know this may come as a huge shock to the system but are you aware it's not actually 6am across the globe?
Jan 13th 2009 6:19AM "Pehaps his interaction with the community would be better served by being a weekly blog post on the "state of the game" or things that Blizzard is planning for the immediate future."
Couldn't agree more. This is a great idea.
Informative blogging FTW. God knows we need some around here.
Jan 13th 2009 4:13AM Ghostcrawler backlash was inevitable unfortunately!
11 million people play this game and 90% of them have an opinion they want everyone else to agree with. It only takes a small proportion of that "community" to disagree with GH to make his perception look all out of proportion.
Jan 12th 2009 9:20AM Can Death Knights group or raid heal? Thought not; utterly irrelevant in my little world then :-)
Seriously, I want to try out the DK class given all the hype over the starting zone and their obvious "imbaness" but I'm way too busy trying to get my other 1,000,000 alts to 80 first.
Sep 14th 2008 2:51PM ...and the moment achievements start affecting instances will be the day I leave WoW for good. I had enough of xbox live players not playing the game as it was designed because all they cared about was some pointless achievement.
At the moment when you enter an instance you can be sure everyone is looking to achieve the same thing i.e kill the bosses. Now that may be to complete a quest, gets some xp/loot, whatever. But the main thing is everyone is shooting for the same goal. If we now find the odd person in the group going for some stupid achievement that isn't related to the groups purpose this game will royally suck!
