Nov 6th 2009 8:50AM DDO got me hooked in sept and im loving every minute of it. im one of the people who wouldnt have picked it up untill it was free. I very rarely buy a game without a trial (some ive been put off by the bad trial experiance) but F2P drew me in.
Further on in the game i would happyly pay a bit for more content, still cheaper than a subscription and very good. ill continue to play untill something amazing comes out and gets me hooked full time....hopefully swtor!
Nov 5th 2009 2:15AM i was interested in this but having seen many comments in beta and launch day i dont know if it was worth it. Reviews said it was rushed, 'not that XL', unbalanced resources, bland and the city didnt 'live' . This still true?
Oct 25th 2007 8:50PM rogues tend to be a class of 2 extremes. i play one so i know :)
there are alot of idiot who play them or rather dont know how to play them but there are also alot of good players.
it comes down to if you chose rogue and are a bad player, it will show more than alot (not all) of other classes, probly due to being in the front line during a fight, easyly killable and high threat gain.
however, if your good, none of those are a problem, it will also show greatly and yourl be invited back to a group.
Oct 23rd 2007 9:50AM no rogue in his right mind would spec sub for raids as thers no long term damage, so this is purly for arena
@3 no rogue can pull threat with sub tree ^see above
so this is for those few that use it in the arena. Blizzard have been making changes to make the sub tree viable, for a while this would meen:
a killing blow would now activate it > rogue had 3 seconds to live
- seems only to make a big differnece if the fight is VERY tight.
Sep 14th 2007 11:44AM ild love a function like this..would stop players looking the same as they normally in best gear you can achieve....and give personality and character back to the game!
Aug 2nd 2007 7:25AM i loved this quest!!
it was one of the few where you acually got to play your characters role...and isnt that the point of a role playing game? something that i miss at 70 is the sneaky element i enjoyed with quests like this.
