Is the Alliance aiming to retake lost lands in Cataclysm? {WoW}

Feb 11th 2010 7:03PM First of all, sorry for my English.
IMO, the war betweem Horde and Alliance is going to refuel very soon: if the events keep scaling up, there will be a moment when we'll have a serious battle. That day, a King will shout:
"A day might come, when the courage of the Alliance fell, when we abandoned our fellows and the ties of our community were shattered. But today is not that day! Sons of The Mountain, you recover Your Pride today! Sons of Stormwind and Gilneas, you recover Your Land today! Sons of Elune, you recover Your Inmortality! May this day be rememembered! Today, we fight together! Today, we die together!! FOR THE ALLIANCE!!!

All the World's a Stage: A rose by any name {WoW}

Jan 10th 2010 6:33PM I don't play in a roleplay server but I come from the RPG world (you know, I played when I was a kind and I still play sometimes). Since I was 13 (I'm 33 now), I've always used the name "Gristor" for fantasy or science-fiction characters. I don't know... It sounds like those heroes I had always loved: Conan, Rastan... Well, a little different but you know what I mean ;D : The warrior type.
By the way, it was really curious for me when I found a character named "Gristor" in, maybe, the most memorable RPG ever: Baldur's Gate II.
I've tried to find better names (there are, of course) but, after all these years, we've become one: I wouldn't be able to change my own name.

Apr 17th 2009 10:11AM In the good old days when I started playing n (and I still didn't know how it all worked) I looked at Duskwood's riverside from Elwyn's and thougth... That dark forest might be full of Horde enemies ready to attack us at any moment... I had never seen a hordie yet and the feeling was the same as when I played pen & paper RPGs... Great.

Apr 17th 2009 9:53AM I really love Desolace! I remember I had a great feeling going there from Charred Vale (another of my favourite places): when you enter those zones (I'm Ally so I was really far from home) you feel you are already entering the epic part of the game... No more Elwynns, no more Westfalls and so on... You are entering forbidden territory! I LOVED IT!! Just GREAT!

Apr 12th 2009 3:13PM Illidan's such a tragic loss... It's publicly known he still loved Tyrande after so many ages:

... Poor old chap, deeply sad story.

Apr 12th 2009 3:04PM I believe Jaina can die: with her loss, the only barrier left between Horde and Alliance will be trespassed (remember Varian Wrynn - Thrall in Undercity): that would be a logical step towards the Fourth War...
