May 6th 2011 2:39PM A few notes: There will not be any screen time for gnomes, goblins, or worgens. The story is pre any expansion pack. Think the original game Warcraft: Humans vs Orcs.
Also action film, not LotR trilogy style.
Lastly, if Activision/Blizzard doesn't get this thing moving the fan base will move on. Then again the pilot episode for Game of Thrones was done in Nov 2009 and we are just now getting the awesome series. (doesn't hurt that it had a 50+ mil budget!).
As for super famous stars to fill the rolls, well These are not the actors your looking for.
Jun 18th 2010 6:52PM 2 seconds. Thats what healbot gets me. Two seconds is the difference between wipe and victory. when new patches come out I switch to mouseover macros, but healbot is easier to use and easier for me to move out of the fire.
Jun 7th 2010 2:20PM The problem is once a player gets a mount and ability to travel from their respective homelands, the world is mixed into new factions. It’s not Alliance vs Horde, or helping your race, its faction vs opposition.
At this point in our adventures we are aligned, all of us – horde and alliance, together under the banner of the Ashen Verdict (Argent Crusade & Knights of the Ebon Blade) we focus on the final assault against the scourge in ICC.
Minus the events at the Wrathgate there really aren’t any race faction quests. It’s great that in Cata we will get faction quests for Gnomes, but for me, I could care less about the Gnomes.
If I were warchief … I would bolster my borders and start expanding them. I would require guards to randomly yell nationalist sayings. Much like during the quest chain to welcome the Taunka into the Horde. Build some faction pride. Start a “if its not green, be mean” campaign. Forsaken and Blood Elf’s might be aligned for shared resources and agreement not to fight, but that doesn’t mean hand-holding friends.
If I were King … reclaim the Eastern Kingdoms. If we can successfully assault Northrend, we can reclaim the Eastern Kingdoms. Starting with a northward march to reclaim the Arathi lands and build a strong border along the inhabitable plaguelands. It is time for the Kings and Queens of the land to unite under a single banner with a Human Emperor.
May 20th 2010 2:08PM Its great to see the creativity.
I for one will NEVER replace me original WoW score. I love the ingame music too much. Tough day at the office, I head on over to Ashenvale, listen to the music (Enchanted Forest is the track I believe) and watch stuff float by in the air. It’s my happy place.
May 12th 2010 1:40PM I have taken over the guild leadership again. the (guild) is my intellectual property. I've trademarked the logo and hope to turn it into a legitimate business someday... possibly a delicious breakfast cereal. -- Vork
May 5th 2010 11:42AM Choosing Glyphs for main tanking end-game raid bosses is vastly different from choosing glyphs for tanking heroic dungeons.
Since most heroic tanking is AOE group tanking, the glyphs chosen might favor D&D and Pestilence.
Glyphs are the new flasks, they are cheap enough to be updated per instance/roll/boss fight.
Mar 27th 2010 4:55PM " I know of scribes who sell 1200g a day of glyphs "
Funny, I undercut every glyph by 30% this past week and sold a whopping three glyphs.
-- Scribe who sold 16g a week in glyphs and has a full inbox of failed auctions.
Glyphs are the new raiding flasks! Maximize your boss encounters, buy my glyphs!

Jan 20th 2010 7:12PM I’m to lazy to look up the blizzard references, but we also know
- No Gnomes
- New heroes
- Not set in today’s Warcraft world, its set a few years back, I forget which war its based around
- Alliance biased
