Mar 18th 2012 4:32PM You know what also would be cool (though this is more "wishlist" thinking than something that they probably will do), is have a kind of transmog system for enchants or spell effects, which is where a lot of folks felt that minor glyphs were going.

Mar 18th 2012 4:26PM 1. New Race Models. This has long been needed. After seeing decent human models in LK (Vyrkul) and nice looking faction leaders (Sylvanas, etc), it's sad to see folks running around on 7-year old models. "Beyond my expectations" would be better customization on faces and variable height/stockiness.
2. Guild Housing would be cool in the form of LK-style airships though there should be a bigger reason to have it than simply having a phased "mini-city". Maybe a place to store guild dungeon/raid trophies, giving more incentive for guilds to do things together.
3. Removal of Race/Class restrictions. I think they are totally artificial when there are "trainers" everywhere and those abilities are taught. If someone wants to play an absurd combination, so be it. Don't see this happening though, the devs love their archetypes.
4. More world events such as Boat Races in 1k Needles and the ground (pod?) races somewhere else in a neutral area. You still see the ground racer vehicles here and there in the Barrens (unused). Maybe combine the better mechanics from the Argent Tournament along with Brewfest Ram running, with traps/boosts on the playfield.

Jan 5th 2011 1:46PM I'm a big horde player and my main is a goblin. However, I don't mind exploring the story on both sides. It doesn't seem like the gnomes have gotten very much. They do seem a bit more passive but some are driven and maniacal. It does look strange to me that as newcomers, the goblins have acquired entire zones and parts of others.

If you want to look at the other new race, the worgen, they seem to be more like fair carnies living in tents, with a very spotted distribution. Which is very strange if you have played on the undead side in Silverpine forest, where there are hundreds of them all over the place, just spilling out of Gilneas.

I'm not sure if the draenai have any more emphasis at all but it doesn't look like it. I figured they might have some kind of "Red Cross" kind of role where they are on the sides of the battlefield patching folks up. It looks like the Blood Elves are now a bunch of Archaeologists, which does make sense since you can dig up magical relics.

So I have to agree with the alliance folks that when I try to take a neutral viewpoint that the ally races feel more scrambled and isolated.

Dec 3rd 2010 7:27PM Am wondering, since I haven't had access to beta... Do the goblin bank and rockets share a cooldown with similar Engineering Trinkets/Tinkers?
