Know Your Lore: Ogres, Gronn, and the Giants of Draenor {WoW}

Jun 26th 2010 1:35AM Great article. My only nit pick is when I started reading I thought you were going to cover the issue of intelligence with Gruul given his dealings in the past and being able to kill so many black dragon flight (I dont think simple muscle would get the job done). And the disconnect I feel in BC in which he seems abit simple.

Breakfast Topic: Suffer mortals, as your pathetic eardrums betray you {WoW}

Mar 22nd 2010 8:50AM Just personal preference.
The Best: Algalon, just the voice and the epic lines he says makes me feel so dam epic.
The Worst: The Prophet Tharon, dear $#$% lord. I can just imagine the voice actor in the sound booth and I just start busting up.

Breakfast Topic: What would the ultimate raid be? {WoW}

Mar 20th 2010 5:37PM I mean Black Temple.

Breakfast Topic: What would the ultimate raid be? {WoW}

Mar 20th 2010 5:35PM I join the consensus of someone new to raid because look at what happens when they start from scratch, you got Kara (I know its medivh's tower but i mean bosses, design etc) and Ulduar two of the most memorable and well designed raids. I get a vibe when constrained by past lore there raid design isnt as grand because you know what....Icecrown is boring, im sorry, with exception im sure of the Lich King himself, it's overall textures and design feels reused from what we have seen outside the citadel and i was disappointed. Same goes for Black Citadel.

Breakfast Topic: I don't have one of those {WoW}

Mar 17th 2010 8:27AM A Warrior, its very very very hard to get me to level one because there attacks are so boring and vanilla. And... then slap on an ever increasing repair bill in which im used to a leather or lower toon. It all makes for the warrior ban.

Breakfast Topic: When the love comes back {WoW}

Mar 11th 2010 9:40AM This may sound strange but ive fallen in love again with classic wow locations. Were once i couldnt wait for BC to get out, I now sometimes just go get lost in winterspring or blasted lands and have a new appreciation by all the little lore spots. Especially the unfinished ones like the portal in the middle of darkshire or grim batol in wetlands.

Breakfast Topic: What won't you do? {WoW}

Mar 5th 2010 8:32AM I cant bring myself to kill a fellow druid directly. It's funny because I think some druids have the same line of thought as I see them deliberately pass me in pvp. I think it's residual of the water form quest

Indie devs struggle to find the perfect iPhone price {Joystiq}

Jan 14th 2010 2:48AM Telling consumers that a buyers market is bad isnt going to win allot of sympathy. I as a tech knowledgable individual understand development costs and investors etc, but as a consumer that really isnt any of my dam concern. My only concern is price. When peggle went 99 cents for limited time I jumped on it and thats money they would have never gotten from me at full price. The most ive spent was i think 4.99 for secrets of monkey island because I know the quality of that game.

Officers' Quarters: The ethics of loot selling {WoW}

Dec 7th 2009 7:48PM Maybe I come from a different breed of thinking but I see it this way. The item is a definite up for your character and will help in raids but also it's life span is short. That sword will probably be obsolete in the first 10 man dungeon that comes out.. Now lets say im offered 10k gold, that will last allot longer for me. So either way I equip it for the up or get gold, its win-win. Guess what im saying is I dont put so much weight on gear as theres always other times and oppertunities.
