Jan 7th 2011 7:10PM If pop culture references were added in 4.0.3 for the first time to the game, I would have a problem, but these types of references have been in game since launch. I expect them at this point and would feel loss of immursion if they were absent.

Aug 16th 2009 3:27PM Blizzard likes to use pop culture refferences a lot, so why not take a page from The Princess Bride and bring him back Dread Pirate Roberts style. Use Van Cleef as a title, not as a person. Pull his boat up to one of the shores in Northrend (or Booty Bay!)
Give us a few quests to warn about his return, and make him seem like someone we should fear.
Thats how i would do it.....
Aug 14th 2009 2:10AM Hmmm... A twitter account for each franchise launches just a week before Blizzcon. This could be the easiest way to track what's happening, or know where to be and when.
Jun 26th 2009 9:01PM I would rather see the battlegroups used along with the lfg tool to create groups for instances. With the correct level ranges. That is, if you don't mind puugging old world instances. Just like battle grounds, after the instance potted back to your own server, probably at the meeting stone for that instance. Loot might be an issue, though turning all loot in cross-realm play to BoP would solve a lot of issues, or create new ones. If you wanna farm an instance, do it with your main, solo or with friends that understand what your doing.

May 26th 2009 1:10AM I would love to see another Violet Hold type instance, but in a slightly larger scale, with re-tooled vanilla wow bosses, with bosses that are randomly generated, along with randomly generated trash mobs (lvl 80 elite Troggs) . Also would love to see it with a 5, 10 and 25 man (even 40 man) option. Sounds like it could be fun, tied to some dailies or a new rep to grind.
