Aug 5th 2009 12:56AM Well they've taken the whole Cyclone battlegroup down. People haven't been able to log into some of the servers for 3+ hours.

May 20th 2009 2:05PM Can't just look at one part of the graph and draw conclusions, need to look at the longer trends. While Microsoft's scores have increased and Apple's has decreased, I think it's wrong to say that it's the ads alone that are doing it. The trend seems to have started earlier in that graph. I'd be more interested in what happened near the peak in the Apple score as it may have had a larger impact and the Microsoft ads may just be adding to it.
Jan 20th 2009 12:11PM "we're sorry to report you've probably already missed the best deals."
Wow, you obviously didn't spend the time to read up on how liquidation sales work. First they increase prices up to MSRP and THEN they start slowly working their way down. Maybe in a few weeks there may be 'real' deals. Usually they just make money off people thinking that they are getting great deals even though the prices are still much higher than what you'ld find online or even the retailer's normal prices.
Research does wonders!

It is a driver issue. With the release of 10.5.3, they changed the drivers to fix the MacBook bugs but ended-up introducing bugs with our hardware. I've personally used the program that is mentioned by the blue post and haven't had any fps issues since I downgraded my drivers to the 10.5.2 ones.
Of course this is considered a hack, so be prepared for potential side effects (again, I haven't had any).
