Oct 11th 2007 9:02PM You are ignorant when you are saying prot paladins don't need less chance to parry/dodge from the opponent and also the 10% Stam from the same talent!
Weapon Expertise is half as effective as a Stat when used while behind a target because it does indeed decrease 0.25% chance to dodge but also to parry BUT from behind there is 0% parry already.
So WE is for upfront like a Tank or Solocombat. That is why Prot warrior and paladin get a tool that help increase the chance of hitting the target. Which is more aggro for both of them on single targets.

Aug 27th 2007 6:07AM I think the higher level guards are there because this whole zone around tarren mill is lvl20-30 quests for horde, meanwhile for alliance, they start to go there in their mid30s...
Many Horde Quests also take place in a town that is filled with green npcs for alliance (in the west corner).
For lvl35-40 alliance players, the 40elite guards wouldnt be enough to stop them from the last resort of lower level horde players that originally wanted to quest there.
The 40elite alliance guards do their job for the level 20-30hordies.
The Troll Roof Stalkers are new to me, but i think different main city layouts are the reason for different needs of guards. And the amount of easy accessible roofs in orgrimmar were a perfect place for ganking
Aug 23rd 2007 6:35AM Some complaints of shamans are valid, but you do forget that every attack at a totem is a heal to you or another one.
It is true, the Totem has 5HP and every attack destroys it. But think how much damage one attack can do.
Wands: Wands take time and have a gcd afterwards, so your caster opponent isnt casting for 1,5seconds after he destroys one of your totems. And the damage the wand or an instant cast does to the totem is more than 5 damage, so the caster lost effective damage to you no matter how you slice it.
Melee: I must say dualwield can have it easy with totems, but think of a slow 2hander... an autoattack every 3,6sec for 1000damage if target has 0% wasting on a totem? You say use instants, yes sometimes possible, but also with a downside, less damage to the shaman in that time.
So the effective totemhp is very different from the 5 hp. It gets destroyed from 500dam shoots from wands, 1h attacks, 1k 2hand attacks or more when any one crits.
Every totem works like a Grounding Totem if your opponent tries to destroy them... And you know how much you like grounding totem.
For Enhancement Shamans i agree, there is almost no close combat fighting possible against ranged, and some form of getting to them would be nice, but every advantage granted needs a downside. Even a meleeshaman has casts to heal and lightningbolts working from range. Others have not, but can close the gap...

There is a Program that will not only check ace but also almost any other modsites for updates:
currently because of changes on curse addon identification numbers in urls only the beta version can update fom curse.
and the support of wowui was stopped, because it caused download traffic but wowui didnt like it that the user no longer surfed their site (ads, sponsors, etc).
But a very nice feature is also the possible version check and update of the program itself without surfing the web.

agunitframes > pitbull (only for grp and arena, for all players in pve raid i use Grid
bongos2/3 > bartender
CT Raidassist > Ora2 for Maintankwindow
CTMod : try searching on ace for same function adds but better performance
BankItems : ArkInventory (like all ressourcehungry sometimes but as a warrior i can sort all items automatically how i define it AND look at my other characters items

remove spelldmg from retri gear, so there is
a) Paladin Sets with melee only stats+ Intellect
b) Non Set Plate Items with melee stats and some of them may have Intellect but almost none (so there is not so much dissing from retgear (dont expect to have 3 retri pallies in raids)
Add Talent for AP>Spelldmg Conversion
Purpose: With just the right % Conversion there is no need to change any coefficients from the seals
