Azeroth Interrupted: Raiders have real lives too {WoW}
Aug 13th 2007 5:47AM All the negative attributes you assign to "casuals" I have seen in spades in supposed "hardcore" raiding guilds. Also, to suggest, as has been done in many posts on this site, that raid leaders are somehow the "leaders of tomorrow" in some sort of real-life capacity scares me. Most raid leaders I've run into showed exceptionally poor organisational and leadership skills, some being so bad as to actually hurt guild progress than help it.
