Apr 16th 2009 4:41PM I knew this site would eventually come to an end, but once again Blizzard tramples anyone trying to make money of their game.
They obviously want nobody but them to make money.
This should be apparent in all the add-ons they have rolled into the game and never given credit for the original creators.
I thought them allowing plp to create add ons was great. Now I just see it as an avenue for them to get ideas without having to come up with them.
IMO this game is starting to see it's decline. Watered down game play and not much real content anymore.
Jan 22nd 2009 2:38PM Siona.. BLIZZ does have to update content if they want to keep customers. We pay a monthly fee for access to their game. If they didn't change the content think people would still play after a year? They make new content to stay competitive against other attempting MMOs.
Otherwise plp will get tired of the game and just move on. Now as for complaining about the product. Well you always have the choice of not playing, however wow has become an addiction for millions of plp and when the game does not run properly it is frustrating and comments are about to arise. That's just the nature of people.
Siona is obviously clueless go back to Ultimate online, oh wait they released new content, in the release of newer version of the game.
New content means new/happy gamers.
Jan 13th 2009 1:42PM I actually liked the elite hardcore raids like BT and Sunwell. It would be nice to find a way to get about 10 - 20% of the raiders in there. Not everyone. I liked working hard for gear and being one of a very few with it. Now everybody has what you have and we are mostly cookie-cutter.
I am not nor have a I ever been a hardcore raider. I raid about 3 days a week and only about 4 hours each. So 12 hours a week and we pushed all the way to BT with a reliable group of 25. The boss encounters where not extremely difficult but well thought out and involved everyone playing a part. Now it's a joke that you can have 8 plp die in a 10 man and still down the boss.
It is human nature to want to work hard and separate yourself from everyone else. Achievements are one thing but nothing was better then someone saying wow that's a sick shield.
On top of that everyone else was still raiding. Kara was great, enough difficulty that you couldn't just walk thru in greens and a great starter instance for guilds. 2 Karas teams clearing weekly and you where on your way to a solid 25.
I personally hate to see end game content puggable. At least on a heroic level.
Nov 14th 2007 10:54AM A part of me has to agree with @4. Blizzard did make the mistake and they shouldn't punish people for figuring it out. I mean the government doesn't really nail you if you find a loop hole in the law. They just close it afterward. If I was blizz though I would immeditaly remove the vendor from the game until the bufg is fixed.
Oct 26th 2007 10:45AM Whinning crying 12 year olds. I say get the f over it. Especially if you are on a PVP server. I deal with the fact that the Alliance camp outside of Kara and never actually run the instance.
Oct 12th 2007 11:06AM Get your daily gold from a vendor quest where you pick up the quest and turn it in at the guy next to him for your free 100g a day.
Oct 4th 2007 2:15PM Finally that will give me an easy +500 spell damage, putting my holy priest at almost +700 - +800 spell damage. That would greatly help with questing.
