Mar 13th 2012 11:32AM Some people don't like pet classes. That includes Warlocks.
Some people don't like DoT classes. That includes Warlocks.
Some people don't like Caster classes. That includes Warlocks.
Plus, some people (like me) played a Mage for 7+ years and have an absolute disdain for anything even remotely associated with Warlocks or Warlockery.
Oh, and they're boring. Like, "mix the worst parts of Mage, Shadow Priest, and Hunter together" boring.
That being said though, I still would rather play a Warlock than a boring bland Priest.
Feb 20th 2012 5:18AM Thankfully I still have 5000+ Bolts of Netherweave from the end of BC that I've been slowly selling off for the last couple years. Should be plenty to cash in on all the Monks being leveled in the first few weeks of Pandamonium.
... you don't want to know how much Netherweave I had before I began selling bags. You just... don't want to know. Too much.
May 20th 2011 11:57PM I undercut by 1c on just about every item I post on the AH. Especially consumables and commodities (Volatiles, Gems, Glyphs, Enchants). I don't particularly care if I get undercut by campers, and I only post once a day. This keeps my time spent on crafting low, and my sales at a respectable level.
If I were going for maximum profit, I'd definitely undercut more aggressively and ramp up my crafting schedule, but I just can't be bothered here lately.
Mar 15th 2011 2:07PM Rebecca, you're pretty. Do the world a favor: shut up and just look pretty.
Jan 31st 2011 5:15PM I'd be interested to see how he remains viable in Cataclysm raids as BM. Survival is literally doubling the average DPS of BM right now. Yes, doubling. As in a difference of 8-10k DPS. You're giving up the single best DPS spec in the game right now (Survival) for the single worst DPS spec in the game right now (BM). Either you VASTLY outgear everyone else in your raid, or the rest of the players in your raid are terrible mouth-breathers.
Oct 23rd 2010 12:22AM So here's my question. If I live on the East Coast and go out and buy the game at midnight, does this mean I won't be able to play it until 3am EST, or are the servers going to be up at midnight for me as well? If I have to wait until midnight PST to play, then obviously digital download is the way to go. More money to Blizzard and less to GameStop/Walmart/Best Buy.
Oct 21st 2010 2:48PM I'm awaiting the buff to Multi-Shot and the nerf to either Serpent Spread or Improved Serpent Sting. Survival Multi-Shot is SO MUCH BETTER than either MM or BMs, it's crazy. Honestly, in ANY AoE situation, you want to be Survival. It's literally 3-5 times as much DPS. At the end of any given heroic, my damage breakdown is something like 40-50% from Imp. Serpent Sting and Serpent Sting. The larger the packs, the higher the percentage Stings are of my total damage.
BM/MM need a buff to Multi-Shot, because right now I'm fairly certain they are the worst AoE specs in the game by a pretty wide margin. Like Frosty said, don't even bother casting Multi on less than 6-8 targets, as Arcane Shot is much higher DPS and DPF. If you're BM you can cheat a little bit with a Worm and Burrow Attack, which is REALLY good.
Sep 22nd 2010 11:43PM I'm really glad you posted this, now maybe Blizzard will see it and finally break it/ban it. Sitting at the AH with 900 glyphs in my bag for hours at a time is not my idea of good business.
Sep 2nd 2010 1:27AM I absolutely disagree. A lot of WotLK mats are going to go UP in price come Cataclysm, such as Cobalt, Saronite, Infinite Dust, Cosmic Essences, and probably Frostweave Cloth. Eternals and Abyss Crystals you can safely dump since they'll be mostly worthless, but the things I listed are worth hanging on to for future sale.
Jul 22nd 2010 4:16PM I played a Mage in the Sunwell days. needless to say, every Mage on Earth felt useless and inferior back then, so I looked for any excuse to play my (then very overpowered) BM Hunter. I switched the Hunter to my main a month or so before Wrath rolled around and haven't looked back since. Ironically, it's now Hunters who are pretty terrible, and Mages who are extremely good.
