Breakfast Topic: What WoW title would you choose in real life? {WoW}

Jan 10th 2012 8:47AM I think I'd go for Chef. I really like cooking when I'm afk.

And when I get angry at work:
Slayer of stupid, incompetent and disappointing minions.

Dec 6th 2011 11:44AM I totally agree with you.

Playing my holy paladin is the easiest job, as I usually get assigned to healing the tank (one target, how hard can that get =P).
Also, Baleroc is the only Cataclysm fight that comes to mind where the healer has to know anything about the fight.

The Queue: Patch 4.3's release date {WoW}

Nov 23rd 2011 11:34AM Patch 4.3's release date? Really?

Tonight is the night of the Seven!!!

Nov 22nd 2011 11:13AM Sorry if this has been asked before, but are there new daily quests unrelated to the Darkmoon Faire in 4.3?

Breakfast Topic: How do you feel after spending time with archaeology? {WoW}

Nov 16th 2011 8:35AM After I completed all the achievements (and FINALLY got my doll after that), I felt a little like this:

The Light and How to Swing It: How to use holy cooldowns efficiently {WoW}

Nov 7th 2011 12:27PM No worries, I was thinking that there was a super-nifty trick that we mortal paladins would never find out about.

The Light and How to Swing It: How to use holy cooldowns efficiently {WoW}

Nov 7th 2011 3:29AM I love my glyph of divinity, it's like an instant Divine Plea AND saves a life.

The only thing I don't understand, though, is how either the glyph of insight or the glyph of seal of insight are helping with mana in any way?

Also, thanks for the great work, Chase. I look forward to it every sunday!

The Light and How to Swing It: Radical changes to holy paladins on the 4.3 PTR {WoW}

Oct 2nd 2011 10:02PM The new HR reminds of a priest's Circle of Healing back in TBC, plus the cast time. You want people to group up, but somehow, they always manage to exactly walk out of max range.

This won't be a problem, of course, if the 4.3 encounters still have those "ok everyone, group up"-moments.

Overall, I like the new changes, as we will have more control over our spells. I won't miss the current "use the following spells on cooldown"-model.

The only thing that sucks, though, is the nerf to haste, but we'll have to see how valuable mastery really is.

Sep 9th 2011 11:53AM This reminds me of an old Matthew Rossi post:

"The warrior approach to DPS should be walking up to your enemies and hitting them as hard as you can with the biggest thing you can find. Stormherald should have another Stormherald welded to the top of it, and a Torch of the Damned welded on top of that."
